The breath, that we did on Hatha Yoga two weeks ago, I do it every day and find it so beneficial. It releases my blockage, my muscle spasms in spine column, in my neck, shoulders, arms, head, in the whole body. The first breath I really like: inhale, hold keeping the head straight, hold in chin lock and exhale through the left nostril. Is this breath very powerful? Thanks Paul.
